Hi, I'm Lara (that's me with the glass of bubbly). I'm so excited that you have visited my website.

Let me tell you a bit about me. For many years I was a primary teacher, I've also been a trainer, an education recruiter. I'm also a Hypnotherapist because I love helping people. I've enjoyed all my careers, but my life changed when I took a leap of faith to train as a Celebrant, and I am so glad I did, because I love  it. Life as a Celebrant is awesome!

I really enjoy organising and hosting ceremonies and events, spending time with friends and family, visiting National Trust gardens. I enjoy baking, swimming, travelling and walking along the Sussex seaside and the beautiful South Downs.

I'm all about people, I just love them! And my aim is to provide you with the ceremony YOU want. I make it my mission to get to know you – what makes you tick and what’s important to you, what type of ceremony you really want and how WE together, can make it happen.

 

As your Celebrant, I will help you with great ideas for special symbolic, meaningful rituals, faith, spiritual and natural ceremonies. I'll create a wonderful Ceremony Script that is personalised and especially written for you, or for someone special that you love. I will present and officiate at the ceremony and make the day a special one for you and your lovely guests.

 

Based in the sunny South East of England (though it does rain quite a bit here too!), I’m happy to travel in and around Sussex, Surrey and Kent, and further if needed.  And if you’re thinking of having your special Ceremony abroad, say on a Greek island or in Downtown Dubai, then I’m more than happy, in fact I'd be delighted to travel far and wide. I best look for my passport...just in case!
